UHF PPS Button Tags

UHF PPS/ABS Button Laundry Tags are ultra-rugged RFID solutions engineered for industrial textile tracking. Encased in high-temperature thermoplastics (PPS or ABS), they withstand >200 wash cycles (95°C+), chemical sterilization, and commercial dryers. Operating at 860–960MHz (EPC Gen2), these tags enable automated inventory management with long-range reads (up to 6m), even when stacked. Featuring screw-in or clamp-on designs, they embed securely into garment seams without compromising comfort. Rewritable memory (EPC + user bank) logs wash counts and maintenance data, reducing textile loss in healthcare, hospitality, and rental uniforms. Fully compliant with ISO 18000-6C standards.
