1. What types of RFID tags do you offer?
We specialize in three main categories:
- RFID Paper Labels: Cost-effective, disposable tags ideal for retail/logistics.
- RFID Rigid Tags: Durable plastic tags for reusable assets (e.g., pallets, containers).
- UHF Anti-Metal Tags: Engineered for metal surfaces, ensuring stable performance in industrial/automotive applications.
2. What is a label conflict?
When a reader reads the information sent back by multiple tags at the same time, the problem of label collision occurs.
Label conflict is the conflict between the information received by one reader and the information received by another reader,
resulting in overlap.
3. What is the difference between read-only and read-write tags?
Read-Only Tags:Pre-programmed with fixed data (e.g., unique ID) during manufacturing.Cannot be modified after deployment.Lower cost, used for basic identification (e.g., retail anti-theft).
Read-Write Tags:Allow data updates (e.g., inventory logs, maintenance records).
Feature rewritable memory (e.g., EPC + user banks).Higher cost, ideal for dynamic tracking (e.g., supply chain).
Key Difference: Read-only tags store permanent data, while read-write tags support data modification.
4. Can I order samples before bulk purchasing?

- Printing: Logos, barcodes, QR codes, serial numbers.
- Encoding: Pre-programmed UHF/HF chips (e.g., Impinj, Alien, NXP).
- Special features: Tamper-proofing, waterproofing (IP68), high-temperature resistance.
6. How long is your production lead time?
- Standard tags: 7-10 days.
- Customized orders: 2-3 weeks (depending on complexity).
Expedited services available.
7. Do you guarantee safe and secure delivery of products?
Yes, we always use high quality export packaging. We also use specialized hazard packing for dangerous goods and validated cold storage shippers for temperature sensitive items.
Specialist packaging and non-standard packing requirements may incur an additional charge.
8. How about the shipping fees?
The shipping cost depends on the way you choose to get the goods. Express is normally the most quickest but also most expensive way. By seafreight is the best solution for big amounts. Exactly freight rates we can only give you if we know the details of amount, weight and way. Please contact us for further information.
